House rules are part of the Rental Agreement 

01)  Resident and guest behaviour: Residents and their guests must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of other residents.

02) Guests: Residents must make sure their guests are aware of, and follow, the house rules.

03) Guests Stays: Guest stays in the house must be communicated to the property owner and if not respected it could lead to early termination of the rental lease agreement.

04) Maintenance of rooms: Residents must maintain their rooms in a way that does not interfere with the reasonable comfort of other residents, and in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Residents must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or a facility in their rooms and common areas of the property.

05)  Common areas: Common areas of the property are areas shared by all residents. They include dining and living room, central kitchen, hallway, staircase, terrace and laundry room. The residents must make sure they and their guests’ leaves common areas neat, clean and tidy after using them. The owner must take reasonable steps to make sure the common areas and the facilities in them, are kept safe, clean and in good repair.

06)  Access to residents’ studio-rooms: The residents agree to weekly access to the studio-rooms for the weekly cleaning of the facilities by the specialised provider.

07)  Door locks and keys: Residents must not tamper with (or change) a door lock on the premises, or make copies of keys without the permission of the owner.

08)  Animals: Residents must not keep an animal on the premises without the permission of the owner.

09)  Smoking and Candles: Smoking inside the premises is strictly forbidden. Use of candles is strictly forbidden without the permission of the owner.
